Rotary Lobe Pumps are used for many applications including the transfer of food and drink around site where product shear and damage would be a problem due to the gentle pumping action and large pumping cavity. Particularly suited to applications where the process has a CIP (Clean in Process) cleaning system.

Peristaltic Hose Pumps have a high self priming capability even from dry and can be reversed to unblock the suction line due to the nature of the pumping style adopted. They are ideal for handling abrasive fluids, corrosive fluids, viscous fluids, shear sensitive fluids, high density fluids and fluids with a high solid content.

The only wearing part is the hose itself which can be changed in situ. This greatly reduces down time and cost of inventory stock. The hoses are available in wide range of materials including Natural Rubber, Nitrile Buna Rubber, EPDM, Food Grade NBRF and Hypalon.

Internal Gear Pumps are Positive Displacement Rotary Pumps. The capacity is directly proportional to the rotation speed and virtually independant of the pressure. Internal Gear Pumps are designed to give a smooth non-pulsating flow in both clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation.

The pumps are manufactured in cast Iron or Stainless Steel with either Packed Gland or Mechanically sealed. Special materials of construction or Double Mechanical Seals and Seal Free Magnetically Sealed pumps can be supplied. Pumps are also available with aWearplate between the rotating parts, Lockrings for precise rotor positioning, Pump Casings with Heated Jackets or an Integrated Relief valve.
